Would you ever let a big bad man come into your house and destroy stuff...Na ..right .Then why would you entertain ugly emtions like fear and suspicion into your mind ....not your house mind you .....your tiny mass of nerve cells up there ....so imperative to your well being ...WHY WOULD LET THEM IN AND RUN AMOK !!!!
DON'T.....YOU DO HAVE A CHOICE ....ONLY YOU CAN CONTROL WHAT'S GOING ON UP THERE ...NO ONE ELSE!
and lovely people of the world .... believe it or not ...your happiness is directly dependent on that !

wanna say somethin that i picked up from a movie... the way to happiness is knowin ur mind... take out all the trash dats in ur mind n then do wat u like not carin about wat will the consequences be, enjoyin every bit of it, enjoyin now... present... enjoyin that moment.. everythin has a purpose... life teaches u sometimes in a bitter way... its how u take these lessons.. as a victim or as a warrior...enjoy the beauty of this mystery ...life...look around u...there's never nothin happenin around u... there are no ordinary moments... life... ther's always somethin about it...
